Rental Process
We offer weekly rentals and longer in the summer on a Sunday to Sunday schedule. During the quiet seasons we offer 3 day long weekend stays or longer.
Rental Rules
You must be 25 years or older to be the primary renter. The house is designed for families but we will consider groups so long as they are responsible and will show adequate care in treating the home as their own. Sorry, no high school or Senior Weekers please. Click here for a rental agreement. If you would like to reserve the house, you must sign and return the agreement and pay 1/3 of the rate within a week of signing the agreement. The other two thirds should be paid within 30 days of your stay.
Please, no pets of any kind!
Failure to pay the balance of the rental rate shall mean that you won't be attending and the week can be re-rented without the return of deposit. There is 10.5% hospitality tax charged by Ocean City and Worcester County which should be added to the rental rate. There is also a security deposit of $300 that should be added to the rate. Once you complete your week, return the key, and the property is inspected, the deposit will be returned to you. We accept personal checks.
Other Items
»You will need to bring sheets, towels, pillow cases, and paper products (napkins, toilet paper). You can rent sheets, towels, and pillow cases at www.oclinens.com. I have other suggestions for you as well if you need them.» We will provide a rental package that includes parking passes for 3 cars and activity passes for the pool and fitness center for six individuals. You can buy more activity passes, but keep in mind that the passes are for use all at one time so a large group can a lot of times hand off passes and not need to buy additional ones.
