About Our Property
3 Canalside is a four level 5 bedroom 4.5 bath townhome with a two car garage. It sits directly on the canal with three porches overlooking the water. It is furnished in a coastal contemporary theme and was newly built and furnished in 2007. The house is maintained by a staff of professionals and we constantly update and add features that will add to our guests experience.
Entry Level
Coming in through the garage, the entry level features a separate bedroom or study with a foldout queen couch and a television with DVD player. There is also a full bath on this level. Outside the front door is a wonderful porch that overlooks the water with Adorondak chairs to sit and enjoy the breeze.
2nd level
This level features a fully equipted kitchen with stainless steel appliances, Solaris counters, and custom tile back splash. There is a kitchen table for six people, and two bar chairs for the center island. There is an exetended sun room that offers additional seating. There is a dining room with four seats and an adjoining family room with a contemporary wrap around sofa and a flat screen televison with DVD player. There is a porch off the family room that overlooks the water. There is also a half bath on this level.
3rd level
This level features 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master bedroom has a queen bed, a television, walk-in closets, and a private bath. The other two bedrooms are kids rooms. One features a twin over full bunk bed and the other features a full sleigh bed. Both of these rooms open onto a porch that overlooks the water (easily lockable). There is also a full bath in the hallway.
4th level
The fourth level features another master bedroom with queen bed and a sitting area, full bath, and television. It also has a outside porch. This is probably the best room in the house. It is very private and quiet and offers an opportunity to get away from the crowd. It is ideal for grandparents, teens, or lucky parents who get to choose their room first!
